We are seeking key personnel to develop our Corporate Services department. Key areas are lease administration, portfolio management, transaction management and tenant advisory.
Core focus: Assist local and global clients with strategic and operational real estate advisory services including active management of large real estate portfolios and transactions.

Management of a large portfolio of properties throughout Norway for one of our global clients. We are looking for an experienced professional with the capacity to handle strategic projects and dynamics within the portfolio, such as lease renewals, lease and freehold divestments, etc.
Capital Markets Transactlons
We are looking for key recruits to position us as one of the leading players in the Norwegian transaction market.
Core focus: Identify and carry out real estate transactions — both sell-side and buy-side. Constantly work to build and develop a network of clients and investors, incl. taking advantage of our international network.

Leasing:
We are looking for new faces to continue our growth within the Leasing sector.
Core focus: Assist and advise property owners and developers in leasing processes. A combination of quality in work, skills, attitude and energy with a strong network will be the key success factors.

Applicants should have a solid background and be able to combine commercial skills with knowledge and experience. We are looking for candidates with experience from a corporate environment and with a background from one of the following areas: Law, Master of Real Estate, Economy/Finance or Engineering. Candidates who have considerable experience from real estate brokerage will also be considered.
